You must be at least 18 years old to use Life. Covered. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older. The service is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers managing family logistics.
By initiating contact with Life. Covered., you consent to receive automated text messages including service responses, reminders, morning briefings, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

When you add a village member (co-parent, partner, grandparent, etc.), you represent that you have their consent to add them to your account and that they consent to receive messages from Life. Covered. You are responsible for obtaining this consent before adding any phone number to your account.
You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any children whose information you add to the service. You consent to the collection and use of your children's scheduling information as described in our Privacy Policy solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Life. Covered., Mary, and all associated content, branding, and technology are owned by Hourglass Strategies LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life. Covered. and Hourglass Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed events, scheduling errors, or failure of reminders to deliver.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
